SOURCE is providing sound system and a PC-connectable video projector in hall. SOURCE can not and wont provide PC, any software, or any additional equipment. All multimedia contents should be prepared at 640x480 resolution for optimum projection quality.
SOURCE is arranging and helping for Visa to UAE for foreign presenters. Non-CGC seminar presenters may fill the VISA application form by clicking here. There is a limitation for 2 persons per seminar for visa arrangement by SOURCE.
SOURCE can arrange your accommodation during the festival. Please fill the application form properly and the SOURCE will contact you for more information and confirmation.
According to the Culture and Art Organization of the Dubai Municipality, foreign Exhibitors and Presenters could have free one-day Dubai tour, after the ending day of the Exhibition.
Free share translation services are well-handled for your easy and efficient appearance in Dubai. Translation service is not covering the seminar (or its document) translation, but the service is provided for the presenter public relation.
Each seminar has a summary A4 pages print in the Festival catalogue. The catalogue includes Exhibitors detail in English and Persian and summary of the Seminars (SOURCE) plus more valuable information. There is a free entry ticket to the ending banquet per Exhibitor. For each additional ticket Exhibitor will be charged 15$ (United State Dollar). Presenters may get their ticket at the Management Desk inside the Exhibition hall.
