As an Exhibitor, You Will Receive:

Conference Registrations
As an official exhibitor in Dubai, your company will receive three (3) conference registrations per 12 square meter of booth space. A conference registration enables you to attend any and all Conference sessions and events. Additional Conference registrations are available at a discounted rate. Plus, pre-conference weekend registrations are available as an additional fee.

Directory Listing
Receive a free company listing under 3 different business categories within the INTWEBFEST2006 directory, which each attendee will receive.

Direct Link to Your Web Site
A link to your company’s Web site will be placed on www.intwebfest.com in order to promote your brand to this targeted market.

VISA
DEFAULT is arranging and helping for Visa to U.A.E. For foreign participants. Non-CGC participants may fill the VISA application form by clicking here. There is a limitation for 3 personnel per Exhibitor for visa arrangement by the Exhibition.

ACCOMMODATION
Exhibition can arrange your accommodation during the festival. Please fill the application form properly and the Exhibition will contact you for more information and confirmation.

FREE EXHIBITOR INFORMATION PRINT IN CATALOGUE
Each Exhibitor has a one gray scale A4 page, information print in the Festival catalogue. The catalogue includes Exhibitors detail in English and Persian and summary of the Seminars (SOURCE) plus more valuable information. FREE TICKET FOR ENDING BANQUET
There is a free entry ticket to the ending banquet per Exhibitor. For each additional ticket Exhibitor will be charged 15$ (United State Dollar). Exhibitors may get their ticket at the Management Desk inside the Exhibition hall.
